The Brief

PeopleFactors is an online platform that improves candidate selection, employee development, and promotion effectiveness on individual, team, and organizational levels. They asked me as a freelance designer to design a website specifically for the product, which previously lived on the parent company, HFI. I did an audit of their copy from their PR strategy document, choosing the best language and length for a website with the goal of increasing demo sign-ups.

I provided them the coded the website using HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
