Mondo is a Digital Marketing & Tech recruitment agency. The yearly Salary Guide is the most popular print piece used by a large sales team to generate new business. As the Design Director I worked alongside a content writer and CMO to bring a new look and feel to this year’s salary guide, showcasing our national reach. We launched with a digital campaign across social media. It was the largest sales generating asset of 2019 for the company.
